Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. All gemstones are natural unless clearly stated otherwise. Any known treatments are fully disclosed in each listing.
Who selects and evaluates the stones?
Every gemstone is personally sourced and evaluated by a GIA Graduate Gemologist to ensure quality, accuracy, and honest representation.
Do the photos show the exact gemstone I will receive?
Yes. All photos and videos show the actual gemstone you will receive. We strive to represent each stone accurately using neutral lighting, though slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom requests or special packaging may require additional time.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and selected service. All orders include tracking and insurance.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $200 USD.
Will my order require a signature?
Orders over $500 USD may require signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, and delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
